I’m Conan Sammon, founder of SurvAIPro. Over a decade ago I started my first business with a simple goal: build a service company that created cleaner, healthier places for people to live and work.
Like many business owners, I started small. Really small. One of our first jobs was a £2 bin clean. At the time there was no office, no management team and no fancy software — just hard work, determination and a belief that if we consistently delivered great service, we could build something special.
Over the following years that small operation grew into LBC Exterior Cleaning, an award-winning service business serving councils, housing associations, property managers and commercial clients across London and beyond. What started with cleaning bins evolved into a multi-million-pound service business delivering specialist exterior cleaning, access solutions and environmental services.
But as the business grew, one problem never seemed to go away.
Every week our team would visit sites, take photographs, record notes, identify risks, calculate pricing and then spend hours turning all of that information into professional proposals. Often the work wasn't finished until late in the evening.
